• Files uploaded must not violate US law
• Files uploaded are viewable and modifiable by administrators in their original form
• Any and all accounts or files may be removed at any time for any reason

Limitations

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of the service, to the full extent permissible by US law.
• Files uploaded are completely removed from storage at time of deletion and are permanently unrecoverable after deletion
• Files uploaded will retain their original copyright and/or license with no addendums
• Any file uploaded will not be provided to any third party for the purposes of research or profit

• Stored as part of your user account
• Accounts are permanent unless terminated by administrators

• May be permanently deleted at any time by logged-in users

• Stored for security and analytical purposes
• Are removed alongside associated file
• Timezone
• Stored for formatting time information per client
• Are ephemeral and deleted when user logs out
